Oaksmith Homes is a President-led custom home builder based in Mississauga. We design and build a limited number of homes each year across the Greater Toronto Area, each one led personally by our President, Sami Rafeeh.

Sami Rafeeh founded Oaksmith Homes to build custom homes the way he believes they should be built: with one accountable person from the first conversation to the final key.
Sami has spent his career in custom home design and construction across the GTA, including co-founding a full-service design-build firm. He leads every Oaksmith project personally, from feasibility and design through permits, construction and handover.
That means fewer people between you and the decisions, and a builder who knows your home in detail because he has been there for every stage of it.
